EFFECTO E63 Tool Changer
The EFFECTO E63 (ER63/ET63) is an automatic robot tool changer rated for 50 kg, with a 0.39 kg robot side, 112 Nm operating moment, ±0.02° repeatability and optional valve, air and electrical modules.
The E63 is the mid-range workhorse of the E series. It is rated for 50 kg with 112 Nm of operating moment and 220 Nm of torque, yet weighs only 0.39 kg on the robot side. Rotational repeatability is ±0.02°. The accessory list is long: a valve module, air modules, discrete electrical modules up to IP65 with tool ID for 15 tools, tool mounting plates and a tool stand. The cam lock carries EFFECTO's 8 million cycle or 20 year guarantee.
