EFFECTO E31.5 Tool Changer
The EFFECTO E31.5 (ER31.5/ET31.5) is a compact automatic robot tool changer rated for 10 kg, with a 0.09 kg robot side, 52 Nm operating moment and ±0.04° rotational repeatability.
The E31.5 lets a small robot swap grippers and tools automatically. It is rated for 10 kg and is extremely light, 0.09 kg on the robot side and 0.04 kg on the tool side, so it costs the robot almost no payload. It takes 52 Nm of operating moment and 30 Nm of torque, and repeats rotationally to ±0.04°. The cam lock compensates wear, cleans itself and retracts positively, and EFFECTO's XCHANGE guarantee covers 8 million cycles or 20 years. ISO bolt patterns avoid adapters, and utility modules add air and signals.
