EFFECTO AC050 Auto Coupler
The EFFECTO AC050 Auto Coupler is a mechanical robot tool changer that locks and unlocks through the robot's own movement, rated for 15 kg with ±0.02 mm repeatability and more than 1,000,000 cycles.
The AC050 solves a common cobot problem: many cobot cells have no compressed air. Here the robot itself locks and unlocks the coupler by moving into a docking plate, with a 15 mm locking stroke and spring-actuated safety pins. It is rated for 15 kg with ±0.02 mm repeatability, weighs 0.24 kg on the robot side and is rated for over one million changes. Pneumatic feedthroughs are built in, and electrical modules can be added.
