The DS Automotion RACKMOVER is an AGV for data centres that moves ORW server racks weighing up to 6 t at up to 1 m/s, combining LiDAR navigation with optical track guidance and automatic alignment.
Modern AI server racks can weigh several tonnes, too much to push by hand. RACKMOVER carries ORW racks of up to 6 t from goods receiving through staging into the white space. It lifts 120 mm, travels up to 1 m/s and combines LiDAR navigation with optical track guidance to work in narrow cold aisles. Auto alignment detects angular deviation before pickup, and sensors protect people, infrastructure and the racks. It runs on LFP batteries with automatic charging and is coordinated by NAVIOS.
