DS Automotion FLEXIMOVER Trike
The DS Automotion FLEXIMOVER trike is a compact track-guided assembly AGV, 600 mm wide, carrying up to 800 kg at up to 1 m/s with magnetic, optical or inductive guidance and Siemens S7 control.
The FLEXIMOVER trike is a narrow, simple assembly vehicle. At 600 mm wide and 400 mm high it carries up to 800 kg at up to 1 m/s along magnetic tape, optical or inductive tracks, forward with manual reverse. A free footwell behind the drive lets workers stand close without stooping, and an optional electromechanical lifting table adjusts height. Safety comes from a 360° scanner, four emergency stops and SIL-certified components. Energy ranges from powercap and LTO batteries to permanent inductive charging. Control runs on Siemens S7 with standardized parts for long spares availability.
