The DS Automotion FLEXIMOVER spin is a track-guided assembly AGV carrying up to 1,290 kg at up to 1 m/s, measuring 1,500 x 1,000 x 350 mm, turning on the spot, with LTO or powercap energy, Siemens S7 TIA control and an optional lifting table.
FLEXIMOVER spin carries up to 1,290 kg on a steel frame at up to 1 m/s, following magnetic tape, optical or inductive tracks forward and backward and turning on the spot. LTO batteries or powercaps support short cycles in three-shift operation. Two scanners provide 360° protection, with four emergency stops and four indicators, and control runs on Siemens S7 TIA.
