DS Automotion CONVEYOR
The DS Automotion CONVEYOR is an AGV with roller or chain conveyor tops that moves Euro and industrial pallets between conveyors, carrying 1,250 kg (Mono) at 1.6 m/s or 2,500 kg (Double) at 1.2 m/s, with KBL or SLAM navigation and lead-gel or lithium batteries.
CONVEYOR replaces fixed conveyor links with vehicles. The Mono carries one pallet up to 1,250 kg at 1.6 m/s; the Double carries two for 2,500 kg at 1.2 m/s, and extended versions take up to four pallets and 4,000 kg. Transfer heights start at 500 or 530 mm and can be adapted up to 1,000 mm. Roller or chain conveyors, Spin, Trike or Omni drives, KBL or SLAM navigation and 360° scanners are available, with automatic charging on lead-gel 24 V/240 Ah or lithium 24 V/120 Ah.
