DS Automotion CHASSISMOVER is an assembly-line AGV carrying up to 5 t, with lift heights from 130 to 1,000 mm for ergonomic working heights, speeds up to 1.6 m/s and battery, powercap or inductive power.
CHASSISMOVER replaces fixed assembly conveyors with vehicles. Each carries up to 5 t on a steel frame and raises the load from 130 to 1,000 mm so workers can set their preferred height. Lines can run continuously or stop and go, and layouts change by reprogramming rather than rebuilding. Energy options include lithium, lead-acid, powercap with buffer battery and inductive transfer, and drives range from differential to omnidirectional.
