DS Automotion CAREY
DS Automotion CAREY is a stainless steel underride AGV for hospital container transport, carrying 500 kg at up to 1.6 m/s in spin 360 (160 mm lift) and trike (80 mm lift) versions with SLAM or magnetic navigation and automatic charging.
CAREY is a low underride AGV clad in stainless steel for hygiene. The spin 360 version (1,700 x 630 x 300 mm) turns on the spot with differential drive, lifts 160 mm and uses SLAM with magnetic spots; the trike (1,968 x 638 x 333 mm) lifts 80 mm and charges via floor contacts on LiFePO4 or lead-gel batteries. Both carry 500 kg at up to 1.6 m/s, use safety laser scanners and run 24/7 for scheduled container deliveries.
