DESTACO TC1 Manual Tool Changer

The DESTACO TC1 Series is an ultralight, low-profile manual tool changer for collaborative robots with ISO 9409 mounting, integrated pneumatic and electrical pass-through, a rigid locking mechanism and a TC1 URCap for Universal Robots.
TC1 is designed for cobot cells that change tools often. It mounts to ISO 9409 flanges, carries air and electrical signals through integrated ports so lines and sensors need not be reconnected, and uses a locking mechanism that DESTACO says increases rigidity and load capacity. A blank version can be machined for custom needs, and a URCap plus a setup guide support Universal Robots.
