Cognex In-Sight 3800
The Cognex In-Sight 3800 is a high-speed 2D vision system with monochrome and color sensors from 1.6 MP to 16 MP and acquisition rates from 125 down to 18 frames per second. It combines AI tools for segmentation, classification and OCR with rule-based tools for measurement, pattern detection, code reading and robot guidance, covering inspection, part location and pick-and-place alignment. The camera takes C-mount lenses, a high-speed liquid lens or a manual focus lens, and works with integrated multicolor and IR lighting or external lights. The housing is rated IP67, weighs 570 g without lighting and runs on 24 V DC. It communicates over EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, SLMP, TCP/IP and RS-232.
