Banner RSr Remote Safety Relay
The Banner RSr Remote Safety Relay is an IP67 machine-mountable safety relay with two 8 A pulse-free 24 V DC outputs, capable of Category 4, PL e and SIL 3 circuits, with no DIP switches, software or programming.
The RSr puts a safety relay where the hazard is. It is sealed to IP67 with connectorized I/O, so it can sit next to a conveyor zone or a hydraulic valve. Two pulse-free 8 A outputs at 24 V DC can switch loads directly, and the circuits can reach Category 4, PL e and SIL 3. There is nothing to configure: no DIP switches, no software and no programming, with automatic or manual reset. It works with a safety PLC or with OSSD devices such as light curtains and e-stops.
