AutoStore Red Line Robot R5
The R5 is the Red Line robot of the AutoStore cube storage system, travelling on top of the grid to lift, carry and deliver storage bins. It drives at up to 3.1 m/s, accelerates at 0.8 m/s² and raises bins at 1.6 m/s. The robot measures 700 x 988 x 545 mm and weighs 155 kg including its batteries. It is best suited to 220 mm and 330 mm bins with a maximum bin load of 30 kg, and it recharges during breaks and quiet periods, needing at least four hours of charging per day.
