ATS SuperTrak VERTICAL3
The ATS SuperTrak VERTICAL3 is a vertically oriented intelligent linear motor conveyance platform with 3 kg shuttles, 50 mm pitch, ±0.01 mm repeatability, speeds up to 4 m/s, 270 mm curves and systems up to 100 m, rated for clean rooms.
VERTICAL3 offers HORIZON3 performance in a vertical loop: 3 kg shuttles at a tight 50 mm pitch, ±0.01 mm repeatability and up to 4 m/s, on systems up to 100 m with 270 mm curves. The vertical layout reduces footprint and lets stations sit on either side. It is clean room rated and configured with TrakMaster.
