The ATS SuperTrak VERTICAL10 is a vertically oriented intelligent linear motor conveyance platform with 10 kg shuttles, 154 mm pitch, ±0.01 mm repeatability, speeds up to 4 m/s, 500 mm curves and systems up to 64 m.
VERTICAL10 brings HORIZON10 performance to a vertical orientation: 10 kg shuttles at 154 mm pitch, ±0.01 mm repeatability and up to 4 m/s, on systems up to 64 m with 500 mm curves. Stacking the return path vertically shrinks the footprint and lets stations sit on both sides of the line. It is clean room rated and configured in TrakMaster.
