ATI Industrial Automation QC-76
The ATI QC-76 is a pneumatic robotic tool changer with a suggested payload limit of 100 kg (220 lb) and static moment capacities of 542 Nm in X/Y and 701 Nm in Z. It is designed for automatic exchange of end-of-arm tools on medium and large robots, using a fail-safe locking mechanism that develops 11600 N of locking force at 5.5 bar. The master plate weighs 2.25 kg and the tool plate 1.43 kg, giving 3.67 kg when coupled, and the coupling repeats to within 0.0152 mm. Five 3/8 NPT ports pass air or vacuum through the changer, and the plates can lock from up to 2 mm apart.
