ATI Industrial Automation QC-310
The ATI QC-310 is a pneumatic heavy-duty robotic tool changer with a suggested payload limit of 510 kg and static moment capacities of 3290 Nm in X/Y and 3160 Nm in Z. It is designed for automatic tool exchange on high-payload robots in applications such as spot welding and heavy material handling, with a fail-safe locking mechanism that develops 38000 N of locking force at 5.5 bar. The master plate weighs 12.5 kg and the tool plate 6.92 kg, giving 19.5 kg when coupled. The coupling repeats to within 0.0152 mm, the plates can lock from up to 2.54 mm apart, and utility modules mount on the flats of the body.
