ATI Industrial Automation QC-210
The ATI QC-210 is a pneumatic heavy-duty robotic tool changer with a suggested payload limit of 300 kg and static moment capacities of 2710 Nm in X/Y and 2260 Nm in Z. It is designed for automatic tool exchange on large robots in applications such as spot welding and heavy material handling, with a fail-safe locking mechanism that develops 31000 N of locking force at 5.5 bar. The master plate weighs 5.24 kg and the tool plate 2.65 kg, giving 7.89 kg when coupled. The coupling repeats to within 0.0152 mm, and utility modules for air, fluid, power and signals mount on the flats of the body.
