ATI Industrial Automation QC-110
The ATI QC-110 is a pneumatic robotic tool changer with a suggested payload limit of 180 kg and a static moment capacity of 784 Nm in X/Y and in Z. It is designed for automatic tool exchange on medium and large robots in handling, welding and assembly cells, using a fail-safe locking mechanism that develops 12000 N of locking force at 5.5 bar. The master plate weighs 3.63 kg and the tool plate 2.27 kg, giving 5.9 kg when coupled, and the coupling repeats to within 0.0152 mm. Eight 3/8 NPT or G 1/4 pneumatic ports pass through the changer, and the plates can lock from up to 3 mm apart.
