ATI Industrial Automation QC-11
The ATI QC-11 is a pneumatic robotic tool changer with a suggested payload limit of 16 kg and static moment capacities of 20.3 Nm in X/Y and 12.4 Nm in Z. It is designed for automatic exchange of grippers and other end-of-arm tools on small robots, using a fail-safe locking mechanism that develops 1100 N of locking force at 5.5 bar. The master plate weighs 0.163 kg and the tool plate 0.0816 kg, and the coupling repeats to within 0.0102 mm. Six M5 or #10-32 pneumatic ports pass through the changer, and electrical modules mount on its flat.
