ABB Robotics IRB 8700
The ABB IRB 8700 is a six-axis industrial robot available with an 800 kg payload and 3500 mm reach or a 550 kg payload and 4200 mm reach, with a position repeatability of ±0.05 mm and ±0.08 mm respectively. It is ABB's highest-payload robot and is built for handling large, heavy parts on lines that run around the clock. The robot weighs between 4527 and 4575 kg, is floor mounted, is rated IP67 and runs on the IRC5 or OmniCore V400XT controller.
