Design and Operating Principle
Robotic painting depends on a spray gun that produces a stable, repeatable fan and atomisation, switches precisely on robot signals and can be cleaned or serviced quickly. Transfer efficiency, the share of paint that lands on the part, drives material cost and overspray.
A 360° pattern coats all inner walls as the robot draws the extension through a cavity.
Integration and Selection
Mount the gun on the robot with the appropriate holder, connect atomising air, control air and material supply, and program trigger timing with path speed.
Test spray patterns and film thickness on sample parts before production.
