Updated: 7 days ago

The Quicktron C56 is a tall mobile robot that takes bins and cartons from high shelving and carries several at once. The manufacturer does not publish a price. This review covers the variants, specifications and uses.
Quick Verdict
The C56 is the storage robot of Quicktron's QuickBin system. It comes in two heights, 7 m and 12 m, and with two gripper types. The telescopic gripper pulls plastic bins of up to 50 kg; the vacuum gripper takes cartons of up to 30 kg directly, without putting them in bins. The 7 m robot holds up to six bins on its back and the 12 m robot up to ten. It travels at 1.8 m/s, positions to ±10 mm by QR codes and runs six to eight hours. A 12 m mast needs a very flat floor and suitable racking.
