Company History

Productive Robotics came out of ZBE, a company that developed robotic camera systems for film and television, including work on Star Wars, and later digital printing systems used in 60 countries. That background in motion control was turned to manufacturing when Productive Robotics was formed in 2010. The company says it was the first to remove robot programming entirely and bring teach-by-touch technology to market: the operator moves the arm through the task and the robot repeats it.
