Piab piINLINE plus is a configurable platform for decentralized vacuum generation, designed primarily for automotive press-shop automation. The very light, compact ejectors include an integrated automatic release.

Housings are lightweight, extra-durable PA66, with in-line air and vacuum ports and push-in connectors. It mounts directly on the hose near the suction point, typically uses 25% less air than competing technology and is supplied with one or two MICRO COAX cartridges. Release options are Atmospheric Quick Release (AQR) and Exhaust Block Release (EBR).

Quick Verdict

A purpose-built ejector for press-line tooling that cuts weight and air use while giving fast, controllable release.

Design and Operating Principle

Press-line tools carry many cups and swing fast, so light ejectors at each cup reduce inertia and response time. PA66 provides durability with low weight.

Two cartridges give high flow for larger cups at high speed, while one cartridge suits smaller cups or saves air when speed is less critical.

AQR admits atmospheric air for controlled release without an extra air hose, while EBR blocks exhaust for very fast release.

Integration and Selection

Choose cartridge count per cup size and speed, select AQR or EBR, and mount on the hose near each cup.

Standardise on the platform across press-line tools.
