High-payload robot arms with custom vacuum and mechanical grippers handle cases, bags, and trays in mixed-SKU patterns according to customer-specific pallet configurations stored in the robot controller. Vision systems identify box dimensions, orientation, and barcode content to enable flexible palletizing without manual reprogramming at every product change.
